We will be offering Trainer/Spin classes every Thursday night at the shop starting this Thursday, December 1.
Cost is $5 per class. You can pay at the shop or Venmo @Hillary-Pirkola. We will also have punch cards available - $20 for a five classes.
You will need a bike and a trainer for the class. Come a little early to get set up (we are happy to help with this if needed).
