We will be offering Trainer/Spin classes every Thursday night through February.
Cost is $5 per class. You can pay at the shop or Venmo @Hillary-Pirkola. We will also have punch cards available - $20 for a five classes.
You will need a bike and a trainer for the class. Come a little early to get set up (we are happy to help with this if needed).

Hillary has led spin classes for many years in person and virtually. You can plan on a good workout with a variety of intervals from week to week. The difficulty of a spin workout is based on your own scale of intensity (1 being easy spinning, 10 being the most difficult). Hillary will lead us through an interval workout that incorporates a good balance of hard work and recovery.
